Job Description:

The opportunity for a Personal Assistant has just become available at our Support Centre. We are looking for a resilient and efficient individual, with a high energy level and a compelling sense of urgency, to provide key administrative/office/HR support to the Chief Executive:HR

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing a comprehensive administrative/office support service
  • Planning & Co-ordination of local travel for the HR Business unit
  • Dealing with and responding to correspondence and telephonic queries
  • Compiling and distributing reports and/or presentations
  • Create and govern employee information files
  • Managing the Chief Executive’s calendar/diary
  • Organizing functions/meetings and appointments etc.
  • Updating of any communication relating to HR to Internal Communication

Job Requirements:

  • Flexible and willing to handle a variety of tasks
  • Customer services focus both internally and externally and ensuring good interpersonal relationships
  • Set priorities and uses organization and administration skills
  • High levels of confidentiality, credibility, and trust
  • Accuracy in execution, attention to detail, set deadlines and work with sense of urgency
  • Excellent language skills (verbal and written)
  • Manage confidential information with utmost discretion

Qualification & Experience:

  • A relevant qualification e.g., Secretarial/Personal Assistant/Human Resources/Office Administration would be beneficial
  • A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
