Job Description:

The Solution Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional delivery team throughout the software development lifecycle. This position provides direction and oversight directly to a team of business analyst and indirectly to architects, programmers, infrastructure engineers, deployment specialists, and vendor-supplied resources. Effectively collaborates and partners with business owners or subject matter experts to implement innovative system solutions within the negotiated parameters of time, scope, and cost

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish structure of the teams, including identification and allocation of resources and creation of sprint and release plans, ensure that plans receive appropriate review
• Provide coaching to business leaders on systems functionality and processes to facilitate effective development of business specifications
• Manage relationships with the business units to ensure expectations of delivery to business requirements are in line
• Track project activity against plans, communicate effectively through multiple channels to sponsors and key stakeholders, manage external delivery partners where required
• Provide leadership to and facilitate the work of project teams by working with business to clarify sprint objectives and ensuring the cross functional team members can accomplish these objectives
• Interpret and adapt business requirements to align to the strategic direction and user experience design of Omni channel

Qualification & Experience:

• Talent Management Qualification or 3-5 years’ experience
• 3 years’ experience as an OD Specialist, with HR Generalist background
• Masters degree in (Industrial) Psychology
• 5 years’ experience in Corporate Assessment (Psychometrics), with exposure to a range of assessment tools and methodologies, including Assessment/Development Centers.
• Registered as an (Industrial) Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa
