Job Requirements:

• Amadeus Reservations and Fares and Ticketing knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of the Amadeus Customer Management system.
• Amadeus Flight Management qualification.
• Extensive knowledge and experience of the Amadeus Flight Management system

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience within the ground operations environment shall be required.
• Minimum 3 years industry (airline) related experience.
• Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Amadeus Customer Management qualification.
