Job Requirements:

• A valid CAA Flight Attendant License will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of CATS and CARS manuals.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year’s Customer Service experience.
