Job Description:
The purpose of the Software Developer is to effectively analyse business requirements and execute the tasks related to the delivery of the solution and to ensure that all technical solutions are delivered based on best practices working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical support on applications responsible for Collaboration
- Develop changes in line with the application architecture and technical standards
- Be on standby for production deployments and resolve issues that may arise support
- Scopes, design and implement solutions
- Technical support, mentoring and coaching of fellow developers in the development team
- Ensure the delivery of quality solutions
- Present alternative solutions for new development where applicable
- Investigate production errors where required
Job Requirements:
- Ability to take on multiple assignments and plan and organize the work
- Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills
- Systems analysis and design concepts
- Sound time management skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in the HealthTech industry beneficial
- Appropriate IT Qualification (Diploma/Degree) or extensive relevant development experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a formal development environment in a software development role
- Security Principles (SSL, Hashing, OAuth, JWT, Private/Public keys)
