Job Description:

Design and develop video, photo and graphic assets that excite, explain, and entertain our stakeholders and ultimately assist to elevate the Altron HealthTech brand and therefore drive growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design social media and digitally led creative, utilizing animation and digital design best practices.
• Work proactively across Altron Operations to optimise integration opportunities
• Interface with PR and Communications functions, External Relations, Events and Operating Companies marketing managers and teams.
• Create and curate digital content including writing, digital photography, and video.
• Assist with planning, strategizing, developing, and executing digital campaigns.
• Transform content created for print medium to be well-formatted for and successful in digital channels.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
• Ability to proactively work in a fast paced, collaborative, and changing environment
• Ability to champion and represent a new and exciting culture focussed on ‘high ideals.

• Ability to manage and influence multiple and complex stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience 3-5 years in Multimedia design or related experience with an emphasis on interactive media and motion graphics.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Marketing Automation Software and/or other digital marketing media functions
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
