Job Responsibilities:
- Notify and escalate incidents to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met.
- Be able to manage time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Be able to work with common information architecture frameworks
- Maintain and improve network performance and availability as per the set Service Level Agreements.
- Liaise with contractor, staff member, 3rd party, service providers and customers with regards to incidents, root cause analysis and performance reporting

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in a technical function.
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in Fault finding and Root Cause Analysis
- Min 2 years’ experience in a NOC team leader environment – specifically working in ICT networks
- Experience in customer service desk or helpdesk functions
- Experience working with IP addressing and Routing
- Experience working with various OEMs (Huawei, Cisco, Mikrotek, WIFI
