Job Description:
The Practice BDM is the proactive interface between Customers, Altron Sales, the Vendor Sales and the Practice – facilitating and supporting sales towards exceeding the practice revenue and GP targets. This includes but is not limited to Managing and driving the pipeline in both new logo customers and in existing Altron Accounts where the practice is not active…( i.e. addressing whitespace opportunities in Altron SI Targeted accounts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting Broader Sales team in Selling solutions / positioning solutions and closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in strategic vendors relating to Business development and sales
- (BDM to engage technical presales team to support in the above)
- Support the alignment of Altron and UKG marketing strategies on the practice
- Use, engage with the broader sales teams & maintain and report on CRM
Job Requirements:
- Sales level product knowledge and the ability to articulate the Value Proposition of each of the solution components to clients and infernal Altron teams
- Understand the competition and to be able to sell against that insight
Qualification & Experience:
- Call Centre operations experience and 10 years ICT Sales experience with a proven track record of Contact Centre Sales, preferably Cloud Contact Centre’s
- Bachelor’s Degree: Business Management
- 3 Year Tertiary Diploma or Degree will be advantageous
- Matric, Accredited Sales Courses and Certificates
