Altron Communications Jobs – Software Engineering Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for GP value on allocated projects
• Ensures communications between delivery team, architect, PM and customer are in alignment with customer expectations
• High level technical understanding of proposed solution and architecture
• Decision making on project – makes delivery choices in conjunction with PM, and can explain to client and team
• Responsible for ensuring best resources available on project
• Able to quality check & question delivery from architect, business analyst, developers and testers
• Key respondent for performance reviews of team members

Job Requirements:

• Experience in DevOps or Agile Scrum Master – highly advantageous
• 8+ years working experience (experience in consulting environment would be an advantage)
• Bachelor’s Degree: Information Technology, National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)
• Microsoft technical skills at Solution Architect level
• Must have experience in leading, developing and growing a team in a software development environment
