Altron Learnership 2022 – Learning & Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• Co-ordinate study groups and platforms for colleagues to interact with regards to learning
• Complete monthly training report for management on effectiveness and status of learning and development
• Communicate to all relevant parties with regards to changes, updates, new examination releases
• Facilitate and implementation of Workplace Skills Plan and yearly submission to the SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority)
• Identify and implement learning plans for leadership and management development

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft learning programmed is advantageous
• Knowledge of BEE scorecard
• Working knowledge of SETA, compiling WSP and ATRs
• Exposure to Learning & Development in an IT Consulting environment is advantageous

Qualification & Experience:

• 4 – 6 years working experience in a Learning & Development Role
• Must have a degree
