Job Description:
To provide legal advice and direction to the Operating Company and monitor compliance within Altron HealthTech.
Job Responsibilities:
- Document compliance processes and controls relating to material compliance risks in a systematic and standard manner
- Conduct compliance risk assessments annually to review and/or update the regulatory universe system applicable and to assess and prioritise compliance risk
- Be involved in monitoring compliance to ISO and contribute to ISO compliance audits
- Implement the standard risk-based compliance processes, control and systems for the Organisation
- Drafting correspondence taking into consideration South African Law and legal principles applicable for the legal protection and the company.
- Ensuring that the appropriate staff members are involved and engaged in implementing compliance programs
Job Requirements:
- Must be an admitted Attorney
- Excellent drafting and writing Skills
- Assertiveness and self confidence
- Willingness to continuously develop ne skills and knowledge and to undertake a variety of tasks
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Law (Required)
