Job Description:
Amazon is seeking German customer-focused, values driven, passionate, articulate, detail-oriented and disciplined applicants with a desire to contribute to world-class customer service in a Virtual (Work from Home) environment on a permanent basis (40 hours per week as per scheduled shifts). Amazon Customer Service Associates are a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all Amazon customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals assigned by management
- Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
- Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
- Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for resolving customer problems
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
- Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- South African Citizen/Permanent Resident
- German (A2 or higher) & English communication skills
- Computer knowledge (speed, accuracy and navigation)
- Minimum 12-month service industry experience
- Completed NQF Level 4 or a Matric qualification or higher
