Job Description:
As our Line Advisor you will provide support to the Business Execution Plan, in terms of Work Management trend and data analysis with recommendations as well as facilitate the identification, implementation and embedding of Integrated Planning and Operating Model (IPOM) or Business Improvement (BI) initiatives in the business by:
Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Business with Execution Plans in terms of WM data analysis, trending, interpretation of data and reporting on findings.
- Providing any support required by the Business Improvement Specialists in the bigger picture of supporting Sishen to deliver on its targets.
- Identifying key stakeholders and resources and setting up WM objectives and tracking WM KPI’s.
- Assisting and guidance with data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting and review; and Identification of potential actions in response to outcome of analysis
- Facilitating the process of identification, prioritization and implementation of Sishen Work Management governance and process improvement opportunities, based on sound BI principles.
- Conducting analysis required to support Business Improvement Specialists & Section Managers and Operational Value Chain process managers to make critical decisions about potential business benefits and tradeoff for a range of initiatives.
- Assisting with educating line role-holders in key Operating Model concepts, particularly with respect to Work Management through training and coaching.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 years Work Management background and was previously a role-holder in the Work Management process.
- Project Management experience will be advantageous
- 3 years experience in the Mining- and Process- Maintenance Engineering field, within the Mining Industry
- 1 year experience in Data Analytics and Business Improvement or related Improvement Projects
- National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering as a minimum.
