Job Description:
Our Platinum business mines, processes, and refines the entire range of platinum group metals (PGMs): platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium. Job Responsibilities:
- Consolidate competency needs analysis and quality assurance
- Evaluate and reports on the effectiveness of training facilitation, training programmes and infrastructures
- Operational labour budget requirements
- Consolidating training delivery reports and ensuring learning from incidents
- Represent the company at the appropriate legislative and industry forums critical to conventional mining training
- Policies, procedures, and standards monitoring and evaluation
- Implementing of policies, standards, procedures, and governance
- Ensure implementation of best practice training and service level agreement delivery, supporting the execution at the operational training centres
- Quality assurance, audits, and risk assessments
- Provide oversight of policy implementation knowledge sharing and needs analysis between COE and conventional operational training functions
- Strategy and policy implementation, training needs analysis, training needs analysis, training planning, training evaluation, training labour budget and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Computer literate (MS Office and SAP)
- Assessment and Moderation and ISO auditing
- HRD policies, practices, procedures & systems
- Managerial Knowledge and skills
- Employee relations
- Mine Health and Safety Act and skills development Act
- Skills development methodology, technology, and systems
Qualification & Experience:
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- Shift supervisor programme / certificate
- Blasting Certificate – Conventional Mining
- OD ETDP level 5 Higher certificate or HRD Diploma
- Management Development Programme
- Mine Overseer Certificate
- Risk Management certificate
