Job Description:

Effective services rendered to Aspen and its customers, through the operational management of Aspen’s service agents and customers in his/her specific area Free State and Northern Cape within the Enterprise portfolio

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpreting Stock on Hand reports and send weekly actions to be executed to the agents, where required
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales and distribution (deliveries)
• Manage the Scorecard, and communication of critical stock factors to sales agents and customers
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Analyze the Key Account/Store’s potential and determines the opportunity for the organisation

Job Requirements:

• Applies entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Qualification & Experience:

• Post Matric business-related qualification (sales, marketing, commerce, commercial) will be an advantage
• Matric
• 2-3 years experience sales experience in FMCG space
