Job Description:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Divisional Project Manager at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Snacks. The successful incumbent will be responsible for all capital expenditure in the Snackworks Division
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate implementation of projects in terms of change management and training needs
- Establish capital expenditure to improve health & safety, productivity, capacity and efficiency for each factory within the division
- Report to management with the progress of current and planned projects
- Execute project follow up and ensure successful implementation
- Apply your productivity-focused project management skills to implement solutions across the sites
- Project planning and tracking to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
Job Requirements:
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG plant equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical/investigative nature
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ Years’ experience within a similar role
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management
- Completed Higher National Diploma or BSC Engineering
- Relevant FMCG experience preferably in the Food environment
