To provide secretarial and administration support to a Divisional Executive: Operations in Retail Bank
Job Requirements:
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Business writing standards
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
- Basic software packages and systems
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank related policies
- Investor relations environment (knowledge/experience)
- Business writing skills
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 5 yrs experience as a PA or secretary to senior management / Manager: Operations
- At least 2 yrs experience in general office administration, as a PA or secretary.
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Diploma in Office Management and Technology / Office Administration
- Administrative and service oriented experience
- a complex and/or large organisation
- fast moving, agile environment
- Experience in a banking/financial environment
