To provide secretarial and administration support to a Divisional Executive: Operations in Retail Bank

Job Requirements:

  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
  • Business writing standards
  • Planning, organising and coordination skills
  • Basic software packages and systems
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank related policies
  • Investor relations environment (knowledge/experience)
  • Business writing skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 5 yrs experience as a PA or secretary to senior management / Manager: Operations
  • At least 2 yrs experience in general office administration, as a PA or secretary.
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Diploma in Office Management and Technology / Office Administration
  • Administrative and service oriented experience
  • a complex and/or large organisation
  • fast moving, agile environment
  • Experience in a banking/financial environment
