Job Description:
We are looking for an analytical, dynamic & innovative Client Data Management Consultant to join the Client Services team in Cape Town. The core purpose of this role is to collect, manage and maintain valid, accurate and complete client data to support various business objectives and strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage and reporting of unclaimed benefits.
- Ensure that client data integrity (i.e. ensure that data is accurate and relevant) is achieved.
- Enhance the integrity and completeness of data to support business objectives.
- Propose, implement, or enhance relevant processes and systems to the business.
- Ongoing review (including audit) and reporting status of the client database.
- Implement and manage various client data maintenance campaigns.
- Effectively and efficiently communicate with clients.

Qualification & Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
