Job Description:
To assist the VP, Culture and Transformation Lead and the HR Business Partners in successfully implementing HR projects in the Africa Operating Unit, regional hubs and functions. To operate as a key team member who, through initiative and developing an understanding of the business and its issues, can drive actions aligned to the HR strategy and plan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Leadership member with the accurate management of the HR budgets and develop monthly budget reports
- Organize international and domestic travel, hotel bookings and itineraries for the team
- Compose, produce, edit and proof-reads and distributes correspondence, presentations and reports
- Co-ordination and planning of the logistics for special events (team days, annual conferences etc)
- Aid the Leadership team member and other members of the team as well as external stakeholders
- Co-ordination of meetings by scheduling attendees, conference rooms, meals, materials, accommodation, preparing presentations, etc
Job Requirements:
- Business Management (or related) Diploma/ Degree
- Must have worked in matrix environment or global organization
- Advanced skill in business/ data analytics and reporting (use of PowerBI etc)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to provide proactive quality administrative assistance
- Knowledge of culture transformation, change management and HR strategy implementation
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
