Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to liaise effectively with clients and airlines, both telephonically and via e-mail.
• Communication with clients, airlines, and all relevant departments.
• Airline reservations and bookings
• Completion of all export / import documents as prescribed by relevant local and international authorities.
• Handling of incoming calls as per company requirements
• Processing of export related documents, i.e., AWB, SAD500, EUR1, SADC

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on weekends as and when required
• General knowledge of available airlines and applicable routes
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written
• Knowledge of export related documents, i.e., AWB, SAD500, EUR1, SADC
• Ownership and self-motivation, to ensure any challenge is addressed immediately and resolved as soon as possible.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in air freight exports and / or imports.
• Knowledge of export related documents, i.e., AWB, SAD500, EUR1, SADC
• Matric (essential)
• General knowledge of available airlines and applicable routes
