Job Description:
Administrative Role (control, schedule, action & report) for the Facilities Management Team, both Cape Town & Gauteng, which will include all contracts, SLAs, schedules, purchases, rebilling, invoicing, budgets, P&Ls, reporting, KPIs, compliance and certification, including all other administrative processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Budget & Cost control
- Manage purchases for Facilities Team
- Contracts & SLAs are up to date, and implemented
- Coordinating & scheduling
- Record keeping & filing
- Full management of P&L
- Certificates & other related compliance agreements are in place & up to date
- Maintenance schedules is in place, and adhered to by either external contracts or internal team
Job Requirements:
- Commercial & financial: Sound financial acumen and experience in adherence to budget, contract management and service level agreements, managing and controlling of departments costs, rebilling & P&L (2 years)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Administration
- Advanced: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
