Job Description:
Manage export staff and ensure KPI’s are met monthly. Manage team performance and handle all client and customer escalations. Engage with clients on a regular basis. Assist manager in managing department expenses
Job Responsibilities:
- Have monthly one-on-one meetings to discuss performance with staff
- Assist staff daily as and when required to manage customer and client queries
- Handle undelivered reports with comments weekly to ensure orders depart as planned
- Engage with internal departments to ensure better communication
- Ensure KPI’s are met monthly and address reasons if KPI’s are missed
- Find new and improved ways where applicable to enhance existing processes
Job Requirements:
- Must have good time management skills
- Attended a staff management course including handling HR related staff matters such as Supervisory Development course or IR training
- Tolerance for stress and the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be a team player as well as customer service focused
- Must be able to work overtime as and when required
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 years Export experience
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- 2 years experience managing staff
