Job Description:

To ensure customer requirements are satisfied through the management of resources in accordance with Eskom’s standards, directive, work practices, guidance, policies and service agreements within a specific Telecommunication geographic area of discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Effective financial management of section
• Supervises that proper labour relations are upheld within the section
• Coaching and mentoring of sections’ staff
• Monitoring customer satisfaction
• Supervises and verify optimal network performance and availability by utilising specialist knowledge
• Effective supervision, optimisation and utilisations of O&FS resources within the section

Job Requirements:

• Team player
• Ability to integrate effectively with other specialist disciplines
• Demonstrate good inter-personal relations
• Strong leadership qualities
• Coaching ,mentoring and developing

Qualification & Experience:

• 5 years Telecommunications field work / network management experience
• National Diploma or National N Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
