Job Description:
To provide personalised service and support in all generic and interface customer services related to Eskom’s residential customers in a defined geographic area, with the objective of providing efficient customer service
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a relationship between their customer base and “Eskom”
- Maintain customer data
- Facilitate and enable conventional measurement and meter related tasks
- Execute vending and prepaid activities
- Facilitate and enable the quotations and connections activities
- Support credit revenue and credit management processes
- Maintain the daily customer service activity operations

Qualification & Experience:
- Grade 12/ N3
- 3 years related experience as a Low-Voltage Official
