To ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer services to all Customer Segments (including Industrial, Commercial, Agricultural, Residential, Redistributors and key Customers), within a Customer Service Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating shared vision, direction and purpose for the area.
  • Service Delivery Management
  • Guiding the service delivery strategy for the Area.
  • Manages any transformation strategies for the area.

  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Understanding of business processes

Qualification & Experience:

  • B Degree or equivalent
  • 8 years Customer Service and Management
