Job Description:
To manage an effective measure usage value chain process, facilitate billing, align and monitor service level agreements and contracts with service providers in the OU in support of Revenue Management and Customer Service Operations objectives
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage meter reading initiatives and projects in the province.
- Manage and monitor SLA’s and contracts with service providers on meter reading in the province.
- Manage and implement measure usage value chain process in the operating unit.
- Accountable for measurement and meter related data accuracy.
- Management of service delivery and staff
- Accountable for meter reading process efficiency and optimisation.
Job Requirements:
- Relationship building skills, Functional and technical skills, Problem solving, Analytical skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication skills
- Customer Service Value Chain and processes, Business management knowledge, Finance and costing knowledge, Pricing knowledge, Billing systems and equipment, Contractual and commercial understanding.
Qualification & Experience:
- B Degree Engineering I Finance I Commerce
- 5 years Revenue Management / Finance/ Metering / Billing / Customer service experience
