Job Description:

The successful incumbent will be responsible to assist with processing and maintaining all administrative duties to ensure optimal operational functioning within the Commercial department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
  • Creating and maintaining the Commercial database
  • Administration of equipment booked in for repairs
  • Communication and feedback to clients on an ongoing basis regarding all requests and/or orders
  • Ensuring that correct stock/equipment is available as per client’s order/request

Job Requirements:

  • Planning
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Drive for results
  • Time Management
  • Customer focus

Qualification & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
  • Matric
  • At least 2 years administration experience within a client-centric environment
