Job Description:
To ensure that the Facilities Management unit is managed in an efficient and professional way resulting in efficient and cost effective operational delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the cleaning teams stock and equipment
- All procurement functions for the Facilities Unit (Request quotes, benchmark for cost effective / quality assurance / optimal delivery times options, process requisitions, manage payments to suppliers)
- Facilities help desk (log fault reporting with appropriate service provider, fault tracking and feedback to affected business unit, reporting on statistics as per helpdesk)
- Control the operating costs within Facilities unit (Cost Containment)
- Management of all external technical and non-technical service providers
- All facilities units administration of E-Payroll services
- Capture and record all administration requirements for maintenance unit (Job Cards, quotes, requisitions, processing of invoices, overtime etc.)

Qualification & Experience:
- Strong administration experience
- Basic knowledge of air-conditioning systems
- Experience in a Building facilities related queries
- Basic knowledge of operational maintenance (Electric installations, plumbing, generator systems),
- Strong Procurement background
