Job Description:

The position of mid – senior level Graphic Designer requires a creative, imaginative, critical thinker who is a trendsetter and not afraid to question the status quo. This individual needs to be able to add strategic design value to design elements, by being able to design print, digital and traditional interactive experiences that not only drive engagements but also improve customer and staff experience/s.

Job Responsibilities:

• Vehicle branding (Wraps / decals / contravision / magnets etc.) and large format printing and signage branding knowledge and experience
• Analyse and understand user feedback and activity to better enhance the user experience
• Re-imagine content and existing communication to enhance user experience and drive engagement
• Photographic know how and understanding, the ability to direct and style shoots and work with internal and external teams to execute your creative vision
• Source appropriate images for projects and designs
• Creatively design interactive documents according to design best practices
• Be able to interpret a brief, and respond with creative and impactful design/concept

Job Requirements:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A discerning eye for branding aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
• Be structured and organised
• A portfolio of digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
• Proven skills with all the latest Adobe Creative Suite apps and Microsoft Office, including Power Point / MAC OP / Win
• Be a highly creative, organised and passionate designer
• Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Have a creative mindset, and can articulate a vision for all projects and stakeholders

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/degree in graphic design
• 6-7 years creative experience within a graphic design team
• Experience in maintaining brand guidelines and style guides across multiple channels/brands
