FNB Careers Internship – Private Banking Analyst

Job Description:

To assist in proactively managing a portfolio of FNB Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers through provision of analysis, research and sales and service fulfilment with the intent of identifying additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing a portfolio of existing clients through effective stakeholder management

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
• Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
• Successfully implement, track and report on Client Campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide sales support efficiencies and services to ensure retention of clients.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred 2 – 3 years experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment
• Degree in Finance and/or Economics third year Accounting
• FAIS accreditation required (RE)
