Job Description:
The UX Designer role will require YOU to be responsible for the entire end to end customer experience process for your assigned projects, you will be supported by a larger CX team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with best practice user experience and understanding of what types of experiences are made possible by current digital technologies, and the ability to keep up and grow with this constantly changing environment
- Creating customer experiences, through designs, that are of a high standard and pushes the boundaries of existing experiences within the bank.
- Showing the value of a customer centric approach to developing websites, apps and services with stakeholders within the bank by flying the flag of the CX team and through the quality of work done.
- Adhering to and improving on CX/UX processes such as Research, Work shopping, Usability Testing
- Offering assistance with and run multiple projects in parallel, at different levels of complexity – including large and complex systems of interactions
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Have the ability to conceptualize with, and articulate innovative solutions to stakeholders
- Presentation and workshopping skills
- You will be expected to plan, design and conduct user/usability testing sessions and consolidation of feedback
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience conducting user research to inform solutions (User interviews, Heuristic evaluation, audits, desktop research)
- Minimum 4 years in User Experience role (Portfolio to be provided)
- A relevant design or IT related degree or formal qualification would be advantageous
- Have experience in prototyping, wire framing and designing solutions and interfaces (Experience in Sketch is advantageous)
- Creating of personas and experience maps
