Job Description:
To provide strategic partnership to line by assessing business realities, offering solutions and advising on people investments that deliver performance.
Job Requirements:
- Use technology to build relationships and networks as well as provide an efficient HR service offering
- Build and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor and living the FNB HR brand
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Develop, implement and monitor a tactical and operational HR plan to close identified gaps
- Partner with line management to create an agile, flexible, responsive and transformed organisation
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience : 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior (entry level) management level
- Minimum Qualification : Relevant Diploma in Human Resources
- Preferred Qualification : Relevant Degree in Human Resources
