Job Description:
Run, manage and lead the finance operations team dealing with primarily payments, deposits, fees and reconciliations, which are items that impact both the clients and the business directly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuously focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Manage the finance operations business
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Develop and monitor frameworks and controls
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
- Prevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costs
- Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines in order to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience – 10 years relevant finance operations experience
- Minimum Qualification – B Com Degree
- Preferred Qualification – B Com Accounting or Finance Management
