Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Jewellery Retoucher who will be focused on high-end creative post-production. We are looking for an experienced digital artist/ retoucher who can thrive in this collaborative, fast-paced & deadline-driven environment, you will work with photographers (internally and externally) agencies, and brands directly to produce commercial imagery across all media formats.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resize supplied images and upload to brand as required
- Upload images to brand as required
- Adhere to file and server management procedures for all supplied and working files, including naming conventions, storage location, version control, and archive/restore management.
- Must show excellent ability to retouch skin without compromising skin texture.
- Participate in and oversee all published quality control measures and sign-off procedures for output, routing, and release.
- Must work well solo and as part of a team while paying excellent attention to detail.
- Support creative development by building composites to foster creative concepts or identify specific execution.
- Record accurately and promptly all labour and required comments in job management & time management.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of e-commerce jewellery retouching experience
- A solid understanding of anatomy and an illustration background will go a long way.
- Must have expert experience with Adobe CC and Capture One, Photoshop, and Adobe software.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Must have a solid understanding of colour management for both print and digital applications and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Maintain an attitude of unquestioned integrity
- Possess a high standard for on-time delivery of department projects
