Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the arrangements of both internal and external meetings.
- Provide administrative support in respect of co-ordination of meetings, workshops and other forums.
- Arrange the refreshments and other logistics for meetings.
- Draft and co-ordinate response to some of the correspondence addressed to the director.
- Receive and direct mails to the relevant managers.
- Manage the diary of the director.
- Arrangement of logistics and taking minutes during meetings.
- Create and maintain an appropriate record and filling system.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to organise office duties efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be computer literate (MS Office), proof required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Knowledge of executing secretarial duties, general office administration and documentation management.
- Accredited and recognised SAQA or National Diploma/Degree in Management Assistant, Office Administration or related qualification will be added advantage.
- Senior certificate/Grade 12 plus One year typing certificate.
- Proven relevant experience in secretariat will be added advantage.
