Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the arrangements of both internal and external meetings.
  • Provide administrative support in respect of co-ordination of meetings, workshops and other forums.
  • Arrange the refreshments and other logistics for meetings.
  • Draft and co-ordinate response to some of the correspondence addressed to the director.
  • Receive and direct mails to the relevant managers.
  • Manage the diary of the director.
  • Arrangement of logistics and taking minutes during meetings.
  • Create and maintain an appropriate record and filling system.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to organise office duties efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office), proof required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Knowledge of executing secretarial duties, general office administration and documentation management.
  • Accredited and recognised SAQA or National Diploma/Degree in Management Assistant, Office Administration or related qualification will be added advantage.
  • Senior certificate/Grade 12 plus One year typing certificate.
  • Proven relevant experience in secretariat will be added advantage.
