Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in submitting the consolidated reports to senior managers for signatures.
- Ensure that queries are responded within the time frame and signed before submitting to auditors.
- Assist in sending the reporting templates to the relevant directorates.
- Assist by liaising with M&E directorate on all submitted HR reports to ensure compliance
- Assist with logistical arrangements such procuring of goods and services.
- Arrange venue for meetings and workshops. Maintain the filing system for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist with typing of submissions, letters and memorandums within the sub-directorate.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework.
- A National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management/Social Science/Industrial Psychology or related field as recognised by SAQA.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of human resource management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Human Resource Planning.
- Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
