Job Responsibilities:
- Make logistical arrangements pertaining to the implementation of training interventions as per training plan.
- Arrange and prepare training material for training interventions.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the sub-directorate as and when required.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and events.
- Maintain and manage the attendance register.
- Coordinate payments of all invoices received.
- Ensure that acknowledgement of receipt letters as well as approval and rejection letters are communicated to clients with turnaround times.
- Maintain good relations with internal and external clients.
Job Requirements:
- A National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management / Development or related field as recognised by SAQA.
- Knowledge of the department Strategy.
- Knowledge of human resource management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Training and Development.
