Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal opinions on requests received in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act on information held by the Department. Provide verbal and written legal opinions on a variety of matters pertaining to litigation involving the Department. Ensure legal support service in general litigation matters
Job Requirements:
LLB (or as otherwise determined by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development) • At least 2 years’ appropriate post qualification legal experience. COMPETENCIES: Knowledge and understanding of all Legislation and Regulations applicable to Infrastructure Development, PFMA and relevant legislation and regulations that govern the Public Service
