Job Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly reports utilising the appropriate accounting system.
- Perform the revenue collection processes in compliance with relevant prescripts.
- Perform revenue management activities in compliance with relevant legislation, policies, regulations, framework, standards and guidelines.
- Perform revenue management activities in compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Apply safeguarding prescripts regarding all source documentation, cash on hand received and other face value documents.
- Collate and compile the necessary document required in preparation of revenue reconciliation.
- Capture receipts from debtors in line with the debt management process.

Qualification & Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in revenue management. A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of all different contract options for leases. Knowledge of Provincial/Departmental Supply Chain Management Policies.
- National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree (NQF 7) or equivalent in Financial Management or Accounting as recognised by SAQA or related qualification.
- Knowledge of PFMA/ Treasury Regulations.
