Job Responsibilities:
- Develop system in line with user specifications following the system life development cycle.
- Maintain system based on user change requests and technology changes.
- Manage adherence to targets as determined in Service Level Agreements.
- Resolve all information technology problems experienced by users.
- Perform database architecture and modelling.
- Develop data warehousing and business intelligent platforms.
- Interact with relevant professional bodies/councils on latest development in the information technology field.
Job Requirements:
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) / Degree (NQF level 7) or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or related filed as recognised by SAQA.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as system administrator.
- Minimum Information Security Standard.
- Knowledge Promotion of Access to Information Act of 2000.
