Job Description:
The applicant must have an extensive knowledge of legal compliance requirements and a relevant qualification in Human Resources/Labour Relations with at least three years’ experience in a similar position.
Job Requirements:
- Staff absenteeism and time management
- Active involvement within Health and Safety Committee and Employment Equity Committee
- Management of staff Induction Process and all personnel records
- Administration of injury on duty Coida claims
- Disciplinary procedures
- Keeping up to date with legal compliance requirements and submissions of the College
- Ensuring legal compliance status of staff and learners
- Managing Employment Equity Recruitment records
- Collating Police Clearance, Sex Offenders and Child Protection Register verifications
