To provide leadership and ensure the integrity and performance of plant assets throughout the life cycle and per the design intent and asset management principles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Quality of Supply Compliance
• Risk & Strategic Asset Management (incl. strategic spares)
• Plant Performance Management
• Manages the optimization of adequate skilled human resources
• Refurbishment Planning and Initiation
• Plant Asset and Data Management
• Specialist Technical investigations

Job Requirements:

• Sound Inter- Personal Relations skills
• Engineering related skills
• Management
• Leadership skills
• Financial and Business Management skills

Qualification & Experience:

• BTech Electrical Engineering with 8 years related experience in electricity distribution environment.
• BSc Eng Electrical with 7 years related experience in electricity distribution environment.
• National Higher Diploma Electrical Engineering with 8 years related experience in electricity distribution environment.
