Job Description:
To plan and ensure execution of the overall technical portfolio for multiple or large scale and high complex facilities and manage a team of technical specialists in the delivery of facilities management strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions relating to building technical equipment
- Contribute to the development of a budget aligned to operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances
- Ensure processes, controls and risk management frameworks requirements are in place and complies with to the relevant legislative requirements
- Manage the operation and maintenance of building infrastructures and engineering services using technical and managerial expertise
Job Requirements:
- Organisational sustainability
- Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHASA)
- Asset life cycle management
- General Machinery Regulation (GMR)
- Building management system automation
- Energy management principles
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years experience managing multiple, large and high complex facilities and delivering on infrastructure design and building technical excellence
- Engineering Degree and/or National Diploma (Electrical, Mechanical)
