The Product Manager main responsibility is to work with the teams to ensure delivery of the agreed upon strategy. Working closely with the Product Manager and inputting into the consumer strategy, the Product Manager focuses efforts on the team to drive delivery that meets consumer needs. Job Responsibilities:

• Product Manager works with the team to break these into Stories with acceptance criteria that ultimately meet the features requirements.
• The Product Manager accepts all stories written by the team and ensures that the expectations of the Product Manager are managed effectively.
• Product Manager has overall responsibility to work with the teams to execute on the agreed plans.
• By creating and communicating a clear vision, the Product Manager focuses the efforts of the team upon delivering the best possible customer value.
• Working closely with the Product Manager, they direct the teams to best meet consumer and business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Familiar with Business Analysis frameworks
• Ability to facilitate across the CVP
• Good understanding of pricing models
• Ability to operate in a complex environment
• Ability to operate across various levels of work: strategic, operational and mobilize.
• Understanding the SMME Market
