Job Description:
To proactively attract and acquire Commercial Property finance customers in order to increase revenue growth and meet sales targets. To market and sell Commercial Property finance products and service offerings to customers, either directly or through intermediaries in the Business and Commercial and Corporate Investment Banking networks. To drive the execution of sales to ensure the sustained profitability and growth of the Commercial Property finance business.

Qualification & Experience:
- Valid Driver’s licence
- A sound knowledge and understanding of the Commercial Property finance back-office administration / operations processes and procedures to facilitate quick turnaround times for business written
- A tertiary business qualification
- A sound knowledge and understanding of risk compliance and credit management procedures, principles and practices, including an understanding of credit applications, securities and balance sheet requirements
- A good knowledge of local competitor Commercial Property finance product offerings
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Commercial Property finance product and service offerings
- A good knowledge and understanding of the terms and conditions of multiple legal entities in the business market and the legislative restrictions and requirements governing these from a financial services perspective
