Job Description:
Ensure that our guests’ in restaurant experience exceeds their service expectations. Be our KFC Customer Service Brand Ambassador.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the environment is friendly, warm & inviting
- Proactive and solutions-oriented to surpass the customer’s service expectations
- Executing KFC health, safety and hygiene standards
- Ensuring that engagement with the customer is authentic, friendly, high energy and engaging
- Executing duties with accuracy, speed and friendliness, including Kiosk interface
Job Requirements:
- Display excellent listening and verbal skills
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and friendly manner
- Maintain a high and positive energy
- Confidence in a customer facing role
- Technically savvy to many various layers : kiosk, deliver, click and collect
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year customer facing experience
- Prefered training in Hospitality industry
- Matric
- Passion for customer service
