Job Description:
To support the HR service delivery model as part of HR Shared Services in delivering HR related transactional and administrative tasks to employees, line managers and the HR community through the use of self-help, ticketing, telephonic and technology resources.
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimise the service delivery of the Service Centre
- Support employees with relevant Tier 1 and 2 human resources requests and enquiries
Job Requirements:
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of all relevant HR legislation and regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge and understandinng of the General HR Policies with a focus on certain remuneration, payroll and benefits policies, processes and principles
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 years work experience in an HR related role
- Relevant tertiary qualification (higher certificate, diploma or degree) in human resources management
- Grade 12 with experience OR Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
