Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a S14 register and assist with the monitoring of all section 14s applications, ensuring that the process followed is in line with legislation
- Develop and maintain relevant databases and records for the team, for ease of reference and retrieval of data
- Maintain a consistent service delivery to consultants’ team that will result in client retention and satisfaction
- Assist with and follow up on action items from client meetings ensuring the timelines as agreed on are clearly stated
