Mr Price Careers – Junior Operations Analyst

Job Description:

Our new Junior Operations Analyst will be involved in developing solutions and improvements in system requirements for new and existing products, content management systems and business information systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document and map complex business processes and solutions using standard procedures, methods, and tools.
• To assist the various teams with the enablement of new processes/products/solutions to ensure go-live is without fault across all necessary applications.
• Maintain technical, operational, and training documentation as required to ensure up-to-date product/process/solution support.
• Under supervision, to Implement continuous improvement efforts across all business operations areas from a sales support perspective.
• Testing (of bug fixes, new deployments, deal testing, USSD service, system uptime…) to ensure that business is utilizing updated system platforms.

Job Requirements:

• SQL & Database experience an advantage
• Able to communicate and project manage operations processes with various stakeholders in the various divisions
• Pastel experiences an advantage
• 3 – 5 years experience in a finance or telco IT Systems environment
• Relevant IT Degree/Diploma
