Mr Price Vacancies for Call Centre Agents – Fraud Coordinator

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to assist in the prevention and minimization of loss due to fraud, investigate disputes regarding in store and online purchases pertaining to fraud and identify potential risks and provide necessary information on measures to curb fraud.

Job Responsibilities:

• Approve or decline online purchases in accordance with fraud/risk mandate
• Request relevant documentation from stores and customers
• Analyse data, compile reports and make recommendations to business regarding fraud
• Create and maintain records regarding fraudulent activity
• Conduct in-depth investigations regarding customer disputes and/or suspicious account activity
• Update and maintain customer information accordingly
• Collate relevant documentation pertaining to suspicious account activity
• Evaluate business operations to identify risk areas for fraud
• Respond to and action all customer/credit office associate/store communication received through various channels

Qualification & Experience:

• Relevant Fraud Qualification or studying towards one would be advantageous
